2012 Long Reach Long Riders Charity Ride
The 2012 ride will begin and end in the beautiful city of Seattle, the Emerald City of the Northwest. The riders will gather on Friday August 3rd, and head north the next morning. Before returning to Seattle 8 days later on the 11th, the group will visit some of the finest scenery the rugged Northwest has to offer. From the city of Victoria on Vancouver Island, to the Olympic Peninsula and the furthest northwest corner of the contiguous U.S. at Neah Bay, this promises to be one of the most scenic rides the LRLR have taken. Booming surf, majestic old-growth forests, and picturesque fishing villages will all be on the agenda. Additional sites in the planning include Mt. Ranier, Mt. St. Helens, Crater Lake National Park, Klamath Falls and a visit to Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Support a rider!

Intelligent Lighting Creations Golf Outing to benefit Behind the Scenes
The outing will take place on Tuesday, July 10th at the Hilton Chicago Indian Lakes Resort, 250 W. Schick Road, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. Registration will open at 11:30a with a shotgun start at 1pm. Food and open bar will be available to all golfers at the end of their round. This reception will be held inside the hotel. The entry fee is $60 per golfer with all proceeds going to Behind the Scenes. For more information contact Bob Moisan at ILC at 847-982-2070.

By Design Day - April 24, 2012
By Design Day is a special day for designers to give back to their community by making a donation, holding a collection at their place of work, or donating their royalties for that day to the charities dedicated to helping entertainment technology and design professionals - Behind the Scenes in the U.S. and Canada and Light Relief in the UK.

2012 Long Reach Long Riders - Behind the Scenes Raffle and Auction at USITT
A fabulous array of prizes were raffled and acutioned off on Saturday, March 31st at the Behind the Scenes booth on the show floor.

2011 Long Reach Long Riders Charity Ride
The 8th annual charity motorcycle ride began on July 1 in Billings, Montana and wound through some of the wildest landscapes in the United States before finishing back in Billings on July 9th.  Along the way the group visited a number of National Parks including Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Craters of the Moon and Glacier.- View a video from the 2010 Long Reach Long Riders Charity Ride

Angelus San Francisco Concert
Indiana vocal group Angelus donated all proceeds from their San Francisco concert of sacred music to Behind
the Scenes. Part of their summer tour to San Francisco, the concert took place Friday, July 22, 2011 in the sanctuary of St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Albany, CA.

Behind the Scenes Tony Awards Party
The shops who helped the nominated shows get to The Great White Way gathered in New York for drinks and dinner to watch the Tony Awards with their colleagues and friends.

The Short Reach Short Riders from Mt. Vernon Senior High School (Mt. Vernon, IN ) held their 5th annual "Short Reach Short Riders" Tricycle Race on Saturday May 14.
