ORDERING OPTIONS
Below are the three options for the Behind the Scenes Holiday Cards. You may order any of the options online using our secure payment form, or Download the Holiday Card Order Form (PDF) and mail it in with your payment.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All orders will be shipped to arrive the week of October 27th
- Blank white envelopes are included with all orders
- Printing of return address on envelopes is available for an additional fee
- Garamond font used for inside message
- Cards are printed on 5 x 7 white card stock
- Orders will not be accepted after September 2, 2008
Option 1 — Personalized Cards:
Customize your cards with your company name and logo. Personalized cards are available on orders of 250 or more cards (increments of 50) for $1.75 per card.
What's included:
- Write your own custom message or use the standard greeting
- Black logo
- Shipping to the U.S. or Canada (one destination per order)
- Blank envelope
Additional fees apply for (upgrades must apply to all cards in the order):
- 2-color logo (black and 1 PMS color)
- Printing return address on back flap of envelope
- Shipping outside the U.S. or Canada. Please call Behind the Scenes at 212-244-1421 to place your order.
The order deadline is September 2, 2008. Quantities cannot be changed after this date.

Option 2 — Card Packs:
Don’t feel like customizing? Need a smaller quantity?
Each card is available in packages of 10 for $20.00 plus shipping. If shipping to a destination outside the United States or Canada, please call Behind the Scenes at 212-244-1421 to place your order.
Order deadline is September 2, 2008 with limited quantities available after that date.

Option 3 — Electronic Card:
Prefer to send your holiday wishes via e-mail? All card images are available electronically and can be sent to you as a PDF, JPG or GIF file.
The cost for using the electronic cards is:
- $250 - up to 1,000 addresses
- $500 - up to 2,500 addresses
- $750 - up to 5,000 addresses
- $1,000 - more than 5,000 addresses
